Au cours des 4 dernières années, nous avons accueillis 3 stagiaires pour des périodes de 3 mois, dont 1 que nous avons renouvelé pour 3 mois de plus ! Si j’ai choisi des étudiants de l’Ecole Garti, c’est parce qu’ils sont directement opérationnels : ils savent écouter, exécuter les demandes dans des délais exigeants, maîtriser les outils, ils ont aussi le sens de l’organisation et du travail en équipe. Sur le plan créatif, ils sont capables de proposer des idées justes (réalisables) et très intéressantes. J’ai par ailleurs eu l’occasion d’être membre du Jury (aux côtés de Directeurs créatifs de grandes agences comme Publicis, Ali content…) pour les premières et secondes années de l’Ecole. Dans le cadre d’un examen, je les écouté et jugé sur leur travaux de fin d’année. Cela ne fait pas de doute, l’enseignement de l’Ecole Garti forme des jeunes créatifs prêts à démarrer un premier job en agence ou chez l’annonceur. »
