L’apprentissage des méthodes professionnelles se fera tel qu’en agence, via la conduite de projets pédagogiques et d’ateliers. Des sessions de stages tous les 3 mois pour pallier le problème de l’alternance de moins en moins demandés par les agences. Les périodes de stage GARTI, définies avec les professionnels du métier, permettent aux Gartésiens de travailler sur des projets de la conception à la réalisation en passant par une déclinaison sur différents supports et donc de bénéficier d’une vue à 360° du métier.
GARTI vous met à disposition son listing de stage, mis à jour et vérifié régulièrement de façon à ce que l’étudiant soit OBLIGATOIREMENT suivi par un Directeur Artistique. Nos agences sur celui-ci nous accompagnent depuis 5 ans et de nouvelles y adhèrent chaque année…
Un suivi individuel (tableau des recherches, rendez-vous obtenus, book…) est mis en place toutes les semaines 2 mois avant chaque début de stage jusqu’à l’obtention de celui-ci. Avant la fin du stage, une fiche d’évaluation est envoyée au tuteur de l’étudiant dans le but d’obtenir une analyse sur ses compétences acquises et/ou à perfectionner.

Le BOOK de chaque étudiant est pris en main dès la première année. Celui-ci constitue un module indispensable tout au long de l’année afin de trouver un stage puis une embauche facilement. Ce module est suivi par un professionnel à travers des cas réels envoyés par les agence, réalisés par les étudiants, individuellement puis en équipe. Le book est la carte de visite de l’étudiant, le reflet de sa créativité et de son professionnalisme en tant que futur directeur artistique.

Les contenus des formations sont validés chaque année par les directeurs artistiques des agences afin d’être en adéquation totale avec la demande sur le marché du travail. Celles-ci se déplacent régulièrement lors des jury de compétition afin de conseiller et faire évoluer nos Gartésiens dans un profil de Directeur Artistique. Ces professionnels sont fidèles à l’école GARTI (intervenants, embauches stagiaires puis CDD, CDI…) depuis sa création car ils jugent notre méthode d’apprentissage compétente et « prête à l’emploi ».

A chaque fin de module (PAO, Web, 3D…), les cartésiens se verront remplir un questionnaire sur les notions acquises ou à perfectionner. Après l’analyse de celui-ci, nous mettrons en place des sessions sur-mesure, répondant aux attentes de chaque étudiant, suivies par l’ensemble des professionnels GARTI. En plus de l’aspect technique, ce module a pour fonction de développer davantage la stratégie créative, book et CV.
